"I asked them to come check my home for fleas, bedbugs and any insect in general. We have a new grandbaby and I was being extra cautious. Tony came, gave a free inspection and calmed my concerns. Let me know we had no issues and even followed up when I sent pictures of a dead bug (ordinary bug every house has). Very courteous, prompt and thorough. Person answering the phone was kind and set up the appointment quickly. He could have very easily said I needed something wasn't really warranted. If I ever need an exterminator for real, it will be these guys!"

"A great local Termite company that came recommended by a coworker and I am glad that I have reached out to them. Tony did a good job explaining how the termite soil treatment works and their policy on drill if owner prefer even before sign of infestation. The tech Alex who is a really nice guy and did a thorough job taking his time to ensure things are done properly despite it took much longer than he had initially estimated. Much appreciated his professionalism and attention to details. Office staff was helpful with correction on the typo on the invoice before payment. The price is definitely on the higher end of things comparing to other companies, but quality of the work is more important to us, so we are happy to go with Neuse Termite after comparison and research on quality. Will definitely consider them for future needs. THANK YOU!"

I always had positive experience with their customer service staff. Their technician always lets me know in advance before coming to do the treatment. Technicians are friendly and share their professional expertise and follow directions. I value their technician's opinion and rely on their suggestions on pros and cons of treatments that they may do to control different type of bugs, rodents etc."

Rachel Morales did a great job getting our service setup and explaining the different services they have to offer. Isaac Spear arrived at our home to preform our pest treatment and explained everything that he was doing and was very respectful! Overall I would recommend to all of my neighbors!
