Scott Crysel

Region President
Scott Crysel joined Neuse in 2020. Before joining, Scott was a licensed CPA at a public accounting firm and later transitioned to the private sector in finance for a billion-dollar company. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his former roles to assist in the continued growth of Neuse over the coming years. He has quickly become involved in almost every aspect of the company and looks forward to maintaining the tradition of exceptional customer service cultivated since the company’s founding.
Bill Stodder

Operations Manager, ACE Certified
Bill Stodder has been with The Neuse since 2012, when he joined as the Operations Manager. Bill brings over 30 years of industry experience to the position, an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) standing, and has been a great asset to the company, both internally and for our customers!
Before The Neuse, he worked in management at a national termite and pest control company. Like Tracy, he saw that termite and pest control can be much more effective when a company remains focused on the consumer experience.
Daryl Hubbard

Service Manager
Daryl Hubbard has been a Service Manager with The Neuse since 2015, but his industry experience began in 1998 as a technician performing termite and pest control work. In his role, Daryl ensures the well-being of our customers, technician workload, and fleet of vehicles. When asked, he stated that The Neuse is where he wants to be because it is a family-oriented company where people are treated as people. Nobody on the team is just a number, and it shows!
Jeremy McLawhorn

Pest Control Manager
Jeremy joined us in 2002, making him one of our first Neuse employees. Jeremy started out as a technician, and due to his excellent work and customer relationships, he has been our Pest Manager for four years and counting. Customers love his easygoing nature and big smile! When asked about working at Neuse, he said:
“I enjoy working at Neuse because I love the fact that it is a family-owned company. The owner is very family-oriented and provides flexibility to allow me to care for my family as I need to. I have been provided with many opportunities to learn a variety of things and gain more experience. I am able to work independently and I love being able to get to know the customers. I really enjoy taking care of people in our community. I love helping to prevent health risks, solving problems, serving people and making spaces and homes safer for people.”
Lalo Huerto

Termite Control Manager
Lalo was a member of our Termite team for 10 years before being promoted to Termite Manager in 2017. Lalo is known for his extensive termite experience, positive attitude, and new technician training efforts, allowing our services to remain top-notch for customers. He also happens to be bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently!
