Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling efficient routes, taking inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls and performing other tasks related to Neuse customer relations. General Responsibilities:
- Have great interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Provide an exceptional customer experience consistent with Neuse standards;
- Provide information to prospective customers and properly set up customer accounts;
- Possess strong organizational skills;
- Escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to mangers;
- Able to use logic and reasoning to identify problems and best solutions;
- Experience with PestPac is a bonus.
